Mike was one of the forty engineers selected, out of all the GE engineers
worldwide, to be one of the first GE engineers to be fully trained, in-depth, on
the Fanuc control systems. Mike has worked in a variety of industries, such as;
steel mills, machine tools and the marine industry.
Mike was one of the leading engineers who installed the control and propulsion systems
on both of the Disney ships (Disney Magic and Disney Wonder). He then went on to
debug and finalize the automation systems for the US Navy Watson class ships, with
the GE LM2500 gas turbine propulsion systems. On the last ship in the Watson class,
the USNS Soderman, Mike converted the UNIX automation control system to a Windows
based system. Mike has continued his compter education and now is actively involved
in website design and implementation.
Robert (Lee) Curry, former US Marine, was stationed in Okinawa and has
travelled throughout SE Asia. After an exciting stint with the Marines, Lee (as
he perfers to be called) returned briefly to the USA and enjoyed truck driving.
His experiences in SE Asia soon pulled him back to Thailand, where he has been for
the past ten years. In Thailand, he has been able to complete his university education
in IT.
Lee and Mike struck upon the idea to establish an online service that would allow
people to list items for sale. We wanted to have a website that would be easy to
use and better then "any bay" that might be on the internet.
We hope that our website will be easy for you to use and that you will be able to
buy and sell items...and save and make $$$ !!!
Please email us your thoughts, ideas and suggestions. We are just getting started
so bear with us and we will continue to improve!
